Zero Tolerance Policy

Urban Jungle Collection is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, harassment, or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic. Any guest or staff member found violating this policy will be subject to immediate action, which may include removal from the premises and involvement of local authorities if necessary.

  Pet friendly
  We are happy to welcome you and your pet. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, please read our petfriendly terms:
  • Maximum of 1 pet per room.
  • Registration: You must register your pet at the reception upon arrival.
  • Care and supervision: You must clean up after your pet and report any damage or accident. As well as taking care of and supervising your pet at all times.
  • Vaccines and health: Make sure your pet is up to date with its vaccinations and in good health.

  Rooms policies
  It is not allowed to stay in the room with more than the reserved number of persons. It is not allowed to receive visitors in the room, regardless of the duration of the visit. The room will be cleaned at least every three days, even if you have set the control panel in the room or the door hanger to 'Do not disturb'.
  Legal policies
  Urban Jungle is not liable for the loss of and/or damage to your personal property. No drugs (including marijuana, GHB, cocaine, hash, weed, LSD, XTC) and other illegal goods in and around the building.
  Property
  It is not allowed to use emergency exits as normal entrances and exits. Emergency exits may only be used in case of emergency.
