    Day 1: Arrival and Orientation:

    •  Welcome session: Introductions, overview of the program.
    • Relax by the pool or on participate in a gentle yoga or meditation session to unwind from your travels.
    • Q&A session: Addressing initial questions and concerns about wellness retreat in Cancún
    • Enjoy a healthy dinner at the resort's restaurant.

    Day 7: Reflection and departure:

    • Start your day with a final yoga or meditation session, reflecting on your wellness journey and setting intentions for the future..
    • Enjoy a farewell breakfast with your fellow retreat participants, sharing memories and contact information.
    • Afternoon: Check out of the resort and transfer to Cancun International Airport for your departure, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated from your wellness retreat in Cancun
